What are your delivery times?

Typically, we deliver items in 3-5 working days for non personalised / in stock goods. Personalised goods take 14-30 working days. (Excludes weekends and public holidays).

Do you offer next day delivery?

Sorry no. The courier service does not offer next day delivery, from the area we are based. However, if you need your items urgently, please drop us an email.

Are returns free/how do I return?

We hope you love your items as much as we enjoy creating them! If you change your mind please contact support@mamashack.co.uk where we can handle your request. Unfortunately as a small business we are not able to offer free returns. Our returns policy can be found here 

When do items come back into stock?

We try to re-stock items within 2-3 weeks. Please use our ‘NOTIFY ME’ button under to get an email notification when your selected item is back in stock.

How to clean mats?

We recommend you clean your mat with warm soapy water only. We do not recommend that you use cleaning products (especially those containing bleach). Do not machine wash, do not tumble dry & keep out of direct sunlight. Our mats are wipeable but not stain resistant, we recommend that you clean your mat from any soils straight away to prevent stains. Please note food with strong colourings may stain if in contact with fabric.

How do I wash my muslins and blanket? We recommend washing at 30 degrees. Always wash products before use. Do not tumble dry, allow for natural drying and no iron.

Discount codes?

While we very rarely offer sales on our products, we do offer discount codes. Feel free to email us to check what promotions we have on and make use of our subscription email sign up welcome codes. We unfortunately cannot refund any missed promotions or discount codes, as any adjustments to orders results in feed with our payment providers and administrative fees.
